I’ve always been a person that slept with their hair down until recently learning how bad that is for your skin. Hair down = oil transfer = spots. But tying it up also equals damage and breakage for the hair. Balance the two and keep both your hair and skin happy with a silk hair wrap. The soft fabric will prevent frizz and breakage acquired from abrasive pillowcases and keep your hair off your face. And on a vein note, it also makes you look incredibly luxurious while you sleep.
